Shipping Guide
We offer three shipping methods: Star Track Express Premium Air Service, Australia Post Shipping (Flat rate $10 over $100), and Road Express/Australia Post for Bulky Items, for which we use a range of carriers depending on your location and the goods being shipped.
Australia Post Shipping (Flat Rate $10 on orders over $100)
If your order is above $100 and doesn't include any bulky items, you'll only pay $10 flat rate shipping per order. If your order is below $100 then it will automatically be calculated at checkout, and starts from just $10.
You can elect an apartment building, street address, work address, Parcel Lockers or PO box for delivery. This is very flexible and is fully trackable. You'll automatically receive an email with your tracking numbers, and they can also be tracked through our website. Simply enter your postcode in the shipping estimator for freight costs.
Australia Post Delivery Guide
Adelaide Metro/Outer Metro 1-2 days
Melbourne 2-3 days
Sydney & Canberra 3-5 days
Brisbane 3-7 days
Perth 4-7 days
Tasmania 4-8 days
Country regions are usually 1-3 days longer than metro
The above delivery times are an esitmate only and are beyond our control.
Greatrex does not take responsibility for goods lost or damaged during or after delivery. We do offer insurance so that if you would like to insure your order you can do so for a flat fee of $5.00 - please select the Australia Post Shipping with Transit Insurance option. If you do take out insurance and the carton arrives damaged, the item must be signed for as damaged. If you choose not to take out insurace and Australia Post loses the parcel or it arrives damaged, Greatrex does not replace items in these cases.
Please note there may be delays with shipping times due to COVID and at Christmas periods.
Premium Air Service
For Premium Air service, deliveries must go to business addresses with a reception to receive goods. Please include your business/company name in the address line (there is also a specific "Add Company Name" section which can be filled out also).
• 1-2 days to Australian capital cities, metro areas and some main towns - we endeavour to despatch same day if orders are placed before 3pm however do not guarantee this.
• 1-3 days to rural locations (this depends on your location)
• 4-5 days to very remote locations
These times are a guide only and our beyond our control. Your email address will be included in the consignment, and you will be notified by Star Track about details of the delivery (when collected from Greatrex, when delivered to your address). As you will receive a consignment number in the email, this will allow you to track your shipment at any point during transit through star track. If you do not receive this, simply send us an email and we'll respond with the tracking number.
Greatrex does not take responsibility for goods lost or damaged during or after delivery. If you wish to take out transit insurance, please select the Australia Post option which includes Transit Insurance.
Please note, if you order with premium air selected but delivery is to a residential address, your goods may be sent by regular parcel post. For small items where we can send by express post, we will do so, however surcharges may apply for premium air to residential addresses through star track. If you would like your parcel sent to a residential address by air, please place your order and contact us by phone to process any difference applicable.
Bulky or Heavy Items
Where not possible to send by Australia post, for bulky and very heavy items we send freight using TNT Road Express, Sendle, or Star Track Express Road Service. Pricing depends on a number of factors including weight, volume, and location of delivery point. If you require any other items at the same time, adding another small carton does not alter freight pricing by much (this will be quoted as required).
If the Road Express option is giving you very high pricing, please email us with what you're after and we can check that it is correct. Sometimes it may calculate incorrectly as it can't always take into consideration how goods can be more compactly packed.

International Shipping
We ship internationally, and all international shipping will be calculated at checkout. International exports are not subject to sales tax (10% GST) so this will be deducted once you've entered your shipping address and details on the checkout page.
If there are any bulky items in your cart, it may give you a message that shipping is not available to your location. In this case, we can sometimes override this, but it has to be done manually and the order created at our end. Alternatively, it may require a special carrier for shipping which may attract surcharges/different rates. Bulky items include large bags, some pitching machines, some nets etc.
For international orders, we accept credit card and paypal express (with paypal payments you can take advantage of PayPal's pay in 4 installment offer). Please ensure your paypal account has been verified to your shipping address.
